DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES (February 10, 2014)– After three days of volunteer artistic expression, the iconic “Skid Row City Limit” mural was completed. The original concept for the “Skid Row City Limit” mural comes from General Jeff. It was inspired by a typical city limit street sign with additional unique words which are owned and copyrighted by ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS.

“It is the only place in our community where you will see the name ‘Skid Row’ in public. Now, folks will come from all over the world to take a photo in front of this mural just as they do with the iconic Hollywood sign”, added General Jeff.
