California prison’s “Early Release Program” – DLANC

Downtown Los Angeles Town Hall meeting to hear what the “official” plans are regarding the California prison’s “early release program”, also known as the realignment plan, the reapportionment plan and/or AB 109. The focus of this meeting is to discuss how Downtown Los Angeles will be affected. It is anticipated that many of these newly-released parolees may end up in or near Skid Row, already known as “the homeless capitol in America”. Hear for yourself what the “decision-makers” have planned. Did you know that this plan already started on October 1st, 2011
